THE PRESIDENT OF THE COURT,

makes the following
Order
1 By application lodged at the Registry of the Court on 25 June 2010 (fax of 24 June), the European Commission, represented by S. Boelaert and M. Konstantinidis, acting as Agents, with an address for service in Luxembourg, applied for leave to intervene in Case C-130/10 in support of the form of order sought by the Council.
2 By application lodged at the Registry of the Court on 6 July 2010 (fax of 2 July), the Czech Republic, represented by E. Ruffer and K. Najmaková, acting as Agents, applied for leave to intervene in Case C-130/10 in support of the form of order sought by the Council.
3 By application lodged at the Registry of the Court on 7 July 2010 (fax of 2 July), the Kingdom of Sweden, represented by A. Falk, K. Petkovska, C. Meyer-Seitz and S. Johannesson, acting as Agents, applied for leave to intervene in Case C-130/10 in support of the form of order sought by the Council.
4 By application lodged at the Registry of the Court on 8 July 2010 (fax of 5 July), the French Republic, represented by G. de Bergues, acting as Agent, applied for leave to intervene in Case C-130/10 in support of the form of order sought by the Council.
5 By application lodged at the Registry of the Court on 12 July 2010 (fax of 9 July), the Kingdom of Denmark, represented by B. Weis Fogh, acting as Agent, applied for leave to intervene in Case C-130/10 in support of the form of order sought by the Council.
6 The applications for leave to intervene were made in accordance with Article 93(1) of the Rules of Procedure, and are submitted pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 40 of the Statute of the Court of Justice.
On those grounds, the President of the Court hereby orders:
1. The European Commission, the Czech Republic, the Kingdom of Sweden, the French Republic and the Kingdom of Denmark are granted leave to intervene in Case C-130/10 in support of the form of order sought by the Council.
2. A period shall be prescribed within which the interveners must set out, in writing, the pleas in law in support of the forms of order which they seek.
3. The Registrar shall ensure that copies of all the procedural documents are served on the interveners.
4. The costs are reserved.
