Search for a case by Party Name(s): It is best practice not to type in all words in a case name. Just type the most distinctive terms and avoid abbreviations altogether. For example, to find Barber v Somerset County Council, just type Barber Somerset.
Spelling: The search engine will not correct or guess at spelling for you. For more help with spelling, click here. If you are still having trouble, instead of doing a case name search try browsing BAILII's A-Z case title lists.
