How to print/download a search result

Note that we are unable to give instructions for all web browsers.
These operations are fairly standardised, so even if your web browser is
not listed here it is likely to follow similar procedures to one that
is.
To print a document
- [Firefox] Download the document (see next item) and print it from
your word processor or PDF viewer, or select File -> Print from the
menu.
- [Microsoft Internet Explorer]: Right click a [Printable version]
link at the top of the document (e.g. [Printable RTF version],
[Printable PDF version] or [Printable version]) and select Print Target.
If there is no Printable version link, simply right click anywhere on
the document and select Print.
To download a document
- Right click a [Printable version] link at the top of the document
(e.g. [Printable RTF version], [Printable PDF version] or [Printable
version]) and select Save Target As (or Save Link As). If there is no
Printable version link, select Save As (or Save Page As) from the File
menu at the top of your browser.
To print/download from a document list
To print a section of a document, e.g. a section of legislatio
- [Microsoft Internet Explorer] Highlight the text you wish to
print (by holding down the left mouse button and dragging the curser
over the text), then release the mouse button and select Print from the
File menu at the top of your browser. When the print window opens, click
the radio button for "Selection" to send the selected text to your
printer.
To print/download a series of selected passages from one or more
documents
- Open a word processing document, highlight text (by holding down
the left mouse button and dragging the curser over the text), and copy
(ctrl-C) and paste (ctrl-V) each section of text from the browser window
into the document. Then save/print that document.
