UPON the Case Management Order issued by H.E. Justice Nassir Al Nasser on 17 October 2022
AND UPON the request put forth by the counsel for the Claimant seeking a further two weeks’ time for filing the standard production of documents
AND UPON the Claimant and the Defendants having agreed to the terms set forth herein
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The time frame for the production of documents (Part 28 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts) in the matter of CFl-043-2020 shall be extended by two weeks from 4pm on Monday, 16 January 2023 to4pm on Monday, 30 January 2023.
2. Parties shall have liberty to apply.
3. There shall be no order as to cost.
