UPON the Claimants’ Application No. CFI-092-2021/2 dated 1 August 2022 (the "Contempt Application"); the Claimants' Application No. CFI-092-2021/5 dated 1 September 2022 (the "Unless Order Application"); and the Defendants’ Application No. CFI-092-2021/4 dated 24 August 2022 (the "Freezing Order Vacation Application") (together, the "Applications")
AND UPON the documents filed in support of the Applications
AND UPON the email directions of the DIFC Courts’ Registry dated12 September 2022
AND UPON the Claimants and Defendants having entered into a Consent Order dated 20 September 2022 setting out the timetable for the Claimants and Defendants to file their evidence in the Freezing Order Vacation Application and a hearing date for the Applications.
AND UPON the Claimants and Defendants having agreed to the terms set forth in this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The deadline for the Claimants to file their evidence in answer to the Freezing Order Vacation Application is extended to4pm on Friday, 21 October 2022.
2. The deadline for the Defendants to file their evidence in reply to the Claimants’ evidence in answer to the Freezing Order Vacation Application is extended to4pm on Friday, 4 November 2022.
