AND UPON reviewing the documents filed and recorded on the Court file
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The parties shall agree upon a Trial timetable in advance of the PTR.
2. The eBundle, Skeleton Arguments, Chronologies and Opening Written Statements shall be filed by no later than4pm on 6 March 2023.
3. The joint e-Bundle of Authorities shall be filed by no later than4pm on 8 March 2023.
