WILD BIRDS PROTECTION ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1931 - SECT 7B



7B.(1) Every package containing any dead bird in course of transit shall be
marked conspicuously on the outside with the words "Dead Wild Bird" or "Dead
Wild Birds," and shall also have marked thereon or on a label affixed thereto
the name and address of the consignor thereof.

(2) Any person who in contravention of the preceding sub-section

(a)sends or consigns any package for transit;

(b)carries any package for reward, unless he proves that he did not know or
could not reasonably have known that the package contained any dead bird;

Liberation of imported birds.
