ROADS IMPROVEMENT ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1928 - SECT 20

Interpretation.

20.(1) In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, the following
expressions have the meanings hereby assigned to them respectively, that is to
say:

Definition rep. by SRO (NI) 1973/285

"Road" means a road or street maintainable at the cost of [the Ministry of
Development] and includes a footpath:

"Street" has the same meaning as in the Public Health (Ireland) Acts, 1878 to
1918:

"Owner" has the same meaning as in the Public Health (Ireland) Acts, 1878 to
1918:
