MINES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1969 - SECT 106



106.[(1) No female shall be employed in a job the duties of which ordinarily
require the employee to spend a significant proportion of his time below
ground at a mine which is being worked.]

(2) No male young person shall be employed below ground in a mine, unless he
has attained the age of sixteen years.
