CONTROL OF GREYHOUNDS ETC. ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1950 - SECT 2

Restriction on number of greyhounds which may be exercised or led in a public place.

2.(1) A person shall not exercise or lead, or cause or permit to be exercised
or led by any one person, more than two greyhounds in any street, road,
highway or other public place, or in any place to which the public have or are
permitted to have access, other than premises licensed under section two of
the Dog Races (Restriction) Act (Northern Ireland), 1946, for the holding of
dog races or dog trials.

(2) Any person who acts in contravention of any of the foregoing provisions of
this section shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
