CONTROL OF GREYHOUNDS ETC. ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1950 - SECT 1



1.(1) A person shall not exercise or lead or cause or permit to be exercised,
led or at large a greyhound in any street, road, highway or other public place
or in any place to which the public have or are permitted to have access,
other than premises licensed under section two of the Dog Races (Restriction)
Act (Northern Ireland), 1946, for the holding of dog races or dog trials,
unless such greyhound is both under control and muzzled.

(2) Any person who acts in contravention of any of the foregoing provisions of
this section shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
