On petition concerning any person of unsound mind, High Court may direct a commission to issue. 52. Upon any petition being presented under this Act to the [High Court] concerning a person of unsound mind, it shall be lawful for the [High Court] should [it] so think fit, to direct that a commission in the nature of a writ de lunatico inquirendo shall issue concerning such person, and to postpone making any order upon such petition until a return shall have been made to such commission.
