FISHERIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1966 - SECT 114

Grant of licence.

114.(1) Where a person who is not for the time being disqualified under
section 200 for holding a dealer's licence makes application in writing to
the Board in the form prescribed by the Board and forwards therewith

(a)a certificate signed by a justice of the peace that that person is a fit
and proper person to receive a licence; and

(b)a fee of [50p] or such other fee as may be prescribed by byelaws;

(2) A dealer's licence shall (unless previously terminated) continue in force
until 31st December of the year in which it is granted and shall then expire.
