The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Children Act 2004(1):
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Children-™s Trust Board (Children and Young People-™s Plan) (England) (Revocation) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 31st October 2010.
2. The Children-™s Trust Board (Children and Young People-™s Plan) (England) Regulations 2010(2) are revoked.

These Regulations revoke the Children-™s Trust Board (Children and Young People-™s Plan) (England) Regulations 2010 which require Children-™s Trust Boards in England to prepare and publish a children and young people-™s plan.
A full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sector is foreseen.
