[4] Article 12 was omitted by article 2 of S.I. 1992/710 with effect from 6th April 1992 but by virtue of article 8 of that instrument remaining in force for awards payable for a period before that date.back
[5] Article 13 was omitted by article 15 of S.I. 1993/598 with effect from 12th April 1993 but by virtue of article 16 of that instrument remains in force for awards payable for a period before that date.back
[6] Paragraph (1) of article 17 was substituted and paragraph (2) of that article was omitted by article 3 of S.I. 1997/286 with effect from 7th April 1997.back
