The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 408(1) and 413(1) and (2) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999(1), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation with all bodies which, and persons who, he considers may be affected, as required by section 413(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the GLA Roads and Side Roads (Transfer of Property etc.) (Modification) (College Farm, Finchley) Order 2000, and shall come into force on 9th October 2000.
2. The GLA Roads and Side Roads (Transfer of Property etc.) Order 2000(2) shall be deemed for all purposes to have come into force with the following inserted at end of paragraph (b) of article 2(2) (property reserved from transfer)-
"or
(c)all property of the Secretary of State comprised in and relating to College Farm, Fitzalan Road (including 47 and 49 Fitzalan Road), Finchley, London N3 3PG as the same is registered at H.M. Land Registry with title absolute under Title Numbers MX141872 and NGL 244982".

Article 2 of the GLA Roads and Side Roads (Transfer of Property etc.) Order 2000, among other matters, transferred to Transport for London certain property of the Secretary of State held for the purposes of his functions in relation to roads which on 3rd July 2000 became GLA roads. (i.e. roads for which Transport for London is the highway and traffic authority).
This Order modifies the original Order by excepting from the transfer property of the Secretary of State at College Farm, Fitzalan Road, Finchley, London N3. In accordance with section 413 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999, this Order provides that the original Order shall be deemed to have come into force with the modifications made by this Order.
