  • 2. Form TM9; possible ambiguity.

Summary

A series of errors, changes of address, unavailability of one of the applicants due to maternity leave and a possible ambiguity in form TM9 had finally resulted in a request for an extension of time in which to file evidence. The Registry refused the extension of time because the reasons given in support of it were insufficient. This decision sets out the reason for the registry’s decision in detail.
