Anthony John Dodd v Meres and Moses Housing Association (Adverse possession : Factual possession) [2019] UKFTT 251 (PC) (15 March 2019)
[2019] UKFTT 251 (PC). Applicant had lived with his wife at the house she rented from the Respondent. She left, and ended the tenancy. He claimed that he had lived in a caravan in the garden for some 25 years and that he was in adverse possession as against the Respondent. Application cancelled.
