Annual report of registrar. 99.(1) The forms to be used for the acknowledgment of registration of a society or branch and of any amendment of the rules of a society or branch shall be those in Schedule 6 or such other forms as may be prescribed. (2) Subject to section 36(3)(b) and (c) and to any regulations made under this Act, every return, abstract of valuation and other document required for the purposes of this Act shall be made in such form and shall contain such particulars, and shall be deposited and registered with or without observations thereon in such manner, as the registrar may direct. (3) Every document purporting to be signed by the registrar, including in particular any document purporting to be a copy or extract of the rules of a registered society or branch or of any other instrument or document whatsoever, and every document purporting to be signed by any inspector under this Act shall, in the absence of any evidence to the contrary, be received in evidence without proof of the signature.
