S.I. No. 132/1954:

MINISTER FOR JUSTICE (AGENCY) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1954.

MINISTER FOR JUSTICE (AGENCY) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1954.

WHEREAS James Everett, Minister for Justice, is temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office :

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Justice (Agency) (No. 2) Order, 1954.

2. John A. Costello, Taoiseach, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Justice until the 6th day of July, 1954.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government, this 22nd day of June, 1954.
