Case No. FT/PEN/2024/0166

Decision given on:26 June 2025

In the First-tier Tribunal

(General Regulatory Chamber)

Pensions

Before:                   Judge Alexandra Marks CBE

Appellant:             Pro-Teck Electrical Limited

Respondent(s):     The Pensions Regulator

Further Case Management Directions

It is ordered that:-

The Appellant's appeal is struck out for:

(a)   failing to clarify whether they have a right of appeal; and

(b)  failing to comply with the Tribunal's Case Management Directions dated 4 June 2024 and 1 August 2024.

REASONS

1.     The Appellant was given two opportunities to complete and return the "Pensions - right to appeal" form yet has failed to do so.

2.     The Case Management Directions dated 1 August 2024 advised the Appellant that failure to comply with the direction to complete and return the "Pensions - right to appeal" form could lead to the Tribunal striking out their appeal under Rule 8(3)(a) of The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (General Regulatory Chamber) Rules 2009 without further direction.

Signed: Judge Alexandra Marks CBE

Date: 24 June 2025
