The Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(7) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003[1], and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations- Citation and commencement 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Community Right to Buy (Register of Community Interests in Land Charges) (Scotland) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 15th June 2004. Charges for copies and extracts 2. The charges which may be made by the Keeper of the Register of Community Interests in Land for supplying copies or extracts of entries in that Register are specified in the Schedule to these Regulations.
