James Smith,     Suspender.— Monteith. William Drew Junior, and Others,     Chargers.

Bill of suspension and liberation at the instance of an apprentice, Incarcerated under certain proceedings for alleged desertion of his service, having been passed by the Lord Ordinary on caution, the Court, on a reclaiming note by the apprentice, passed it on juratory caution.
