SOCIAL SECURITY PENSIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1975 - SECT 73



73.(1) Subsection (5) of section 129 of the principal Act (reimbursement of
expenses out of the National Insurance Fund) shall have effect in relation to
the administrative expenses of the Department or any other government
department in carrying this Order into effect (excluding expenses attributable
to the carrying into effect of provisions of this Order relating to benefits
which are not payable out of the National Insurance Fund) as it has effect in
relation to the expenses mentioned in subsection (3)(a) of that section.

(2) Any state scheme premium received by the Department under this Order shall
be paid by it into the National Insurance Fund.
