SETTLED LAND ACTS (AMENDMENT) ACT 1887 - SECT 2

S.28 of Settled Land Act, 1882, to apply to improvements within preceding section.

2. Any improvement in payment for which capital money is applied or deemed to
be applied under the provisions of the preceding section shall be deemed to be
an improvement within the meaning of section twenty-eight of the Act of 1882,
and the provisions of such last-mentioned section shall, so far as applicable,
be deemed to apply to such improvement.
