RAILWAY ACT (IRELAND) 1851 - SECT 21

Delivery of certificate, &c., may be enforced by application to High Court.

21. If from any reason whatever the company shall not deliver the certificate
aforesaid to any party claiming to be entitled to any interest in any lands
the possession whereof has been taken by the company as aforesaid, then the
right to have a certificate according to the provisions of this Act, may, at
the costs and charges of the company, be enforced by any party or parties, by
application to the [High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland] in a summary
way by petition; and all other rights and interests of any party or parties
arising under the provisions of this Act may be in like manner enforced
against the company by such application as aforesaid.
