PUBLIC HEALTH AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1955 - SECT 4

Provision of sanitary conveniences, etc., at sports grounds, inns and other places of refreshment or entertainment.

4. The owner or occupier of any sports ground, or any inn, public-house,
beer-house, eating-house, refreshment-house or place of public entertainment
anywhere in Northern Ireland shall, if so required by notice in writing by the
[district council], provide and maintain thereon

(a)in the case of a sports ground, such sanitary conveniences;

(b)in the case of any other such house or place as aforesaid, such urinals;

Variation of certain stallages, rents and tolls.
