PUBLIC HEALTH ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 1907 - SECT 51

Power to declare a business to be an offensive business.

51.Subs.(1) amends s.128 of 1878 c.52

(2) The [district council] may make byelaws with respect to any trade which is
an offensive trade under section one hundred and twenty-eight of the
Public Health (Ireland) Act, 1878, as amended by this Act, whether established
before or after the commencement of this Act, in order to prevent or diminish
any noxious or injurious effects of the trade.
