OFFENCES AGAINST THE PERSON ACT 1861

           other person shall be guilty of an offence under this section and

           or by a police officer or constable, be liable on summary
           conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or
           to a fine not exceeding [{26}#50] in addition to any costs which
           the court may order him to pay.]
