LAND LAW (IRELAND) ACT 1881 - SECT 40



40. Any matter capable of being determined by the court under this Act, may,
if the parties so agree, be decided by arbitration, and an arbitration shall
be conducted by the court of arbitration in manner provided by the
Landlord and Tenant (Ireland) Act, 1870, and where the amount of rent is
decided by arbitration, such rent shall for the purposes of this Act be deemed
to be the judicial rent.
