LANDLORD AND TENANT LAW AMENDMENT ACT (IRELAND) 1860 - SECT 45



45. Every person entitled to any rent in arrear, whether in his own right or
in right of his see, dignity, benefice, or corporation, or in right of his
wife, or as executor or administrator of any party deceased, under any lease
or other contract of tenancy, whether of freehold or for years or both, and
whether the estate or interest in such lease or contract shall be continuing
or not, shall be entitled to recover such arrear from the tenant of such lands
at the time of the accruing of the said rent, or his executors or
administrators, by an action in [the Supreme Court of Judicature of Northern
Ireland] or [where the annual value of the lands does not exceed seventy-five
pounds, in the county court].
