Power of Land Commission to determine disputes between proprietors of holdings. 22. On the application in the prescribed manner of any proprietors of holdings purchased under the Land Purchase Acts, the Land Commission may, at the request of the parties interested, if they think fit, determine all questions which may arise respecting the boundaries of the holdings, easements or appurtenances, claimed by any of such proprietors against any other proprietors or tenants of holdings.
