IRISH BANKRUPT AND INSOLVENT ACT 1857 - SECT 293

No action to be brought for dividends.

293. No action for any dividend shall be brought against any assignee; but if
the assignees shall refuse to pay any such dividend, the Court may order
payment thereof, with interest for the time it shall have been withheld, and
may also order the costs of the application.]

Unclaimed dividends to be carried to Unclaimed Dividend Account.
