IRISH BANKRUPT AND INSOLVENT ACT 1857 - SECT 261

Plaintiff or defendant obtaining judgment, &c., entitled to prove for costs, &c.

261. If any party whether plaintiff or defendant in any suit shall have
obtained any judgment, decree, or order against any person who shall
thereafter become bankrupt or insolvent, for any debt or demand in respect of
which such party shall prove or be admitted a creditor, under the bankruptcy
or insolvency, such party shall also be entitled to prove, or be admitted a
creditor for the costs which he shall have incurred in obtaining the same,
although such costs shall not have been taxed at the time of the bankruptcy or
insolvency.]
