IRISH BANKRUPT AND INSOLVENT ACT 1857 - SECT 135

Petitioning creditor to proceed at his own costs until choice of assignees.

135. The petitioning creditor shall, at his own costs, file his petition, and
prosecute the same, until [the sitting for] the choice of assignees by the
creditors; and the Court shall, at or after [the sitting for such choice]
[that sitting], make order for the payment of such costs out of the estate of
the bankrupt in course of priority to be settled by [any general order to be
made in pursuance of this Act] [bankruptcy rules].
