HOUSE TO HOUSE CHARITABLE COLLECTIONS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1952 - SECT 6



6. A police officer or constable may require any person whom he believes to be
acting as a collector for the purposes of a collection for a
charitable purpose to declare to him immediately his name and address, and if
any person fails to comply with a requirement duly made to him under this
section, he shall be guilty of an offence.
