HAIRDRESSERS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1939 - SECT 1



1. In the district of any [district council] in which this Act is in force any
premises in which the trade or business of barber or hairdresser is carried on
shall be registered by the occupier thereof with the [district council] in
such manner as the Ministry of Home Affairs may by regulations prescribe, and
any person using or causing to be used for any such purpose as aforesaid any
premises not duly registered for that purpose shall be guilty of an offence
under this Act.
