FRIENDLY SOCIETIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1970 - SECT 91

Offences by societies or branches to be also offences by officers, etc.

91.(1) The rules of a registered society or branch and any regulations made by
the Ministry under this Act may impose reasonable fines on persons who
contravene those rules or, as the case may be, regulations.

(2) A fine imposed by the rules of a registered society or branch or by any
regulations under this Act shall be recoverable summarily.

(3) Any costs or expenses ordered or directed by the registrar to be paid by
any person under this Act shall be recoverable summarily as a civil debt.
