FINES ACT (IRELAND) 1851 - SECT 4

Form, &c. of warrant.

4. The manner in which warrants issued to the constabulary for the levy of any
penal sums under this Act shall be addressed shall be subject to the following
provisions:

<3.All such warrants issued from any court in Ireland, ... shall be addressed to the sub-inspector of constabulary who shall act for the place in which such court shall be situated:
