Provision with respect to default fines and meaning of ""officer in default''. 392. Where proceedings are instituted under [the Companies Acts] against any person by [the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland] nothing in [the Companies Acts] shall be taken to require any person who has acted as solicitor for the defendant to disclose any privileged communication made to him in that capacity. Production and inspection of books where offence suspected.
