Saving for solicitors and bankers. 166. Nothing in the foregoing provisions of this Part shall require disclosure to the Ministry or to an inspector appointed by the Ministry (a)by a solicitor of any privileged communication made to him in that capacity, except as respects the name and address of his client; or (b)by a company's bankers as such of any information as to the affairs of any of their customers other than the company.[
