101. Every company shall cause a copy of every instrument creating any charge requiring registration under this Part [including every [order or notice] a copy of which has been delivered to the company under section 95A] to be kept at the same office as its register of members is kept, so, however, that, in the case of a series of uniform debentures, a copy of one debenture of the series shall be sufficient.
