CORONERS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1959 - SECT 29

Report on examination.

29.(1) Every registered medical practitioner who performs a post-mortem
examination shall immediately report the result thereof in writing to the
coroner and such report shall not be furnished to any other person without the
permission of the coroner.

(2) A court may order a coroner to produce for the purposes of proceedings in
that court a copy certified by him as correct of any report furnished to him
under sub-section (1), not earlier than ten years before the date of the order
and it shall be the duty of the coroner to comply with any such order.
