BUILDING SOCIETIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1967 - SECT 75

Officers not to accept commissions in connection with loans.

75.(1) Whenever a person becomes or ceases to be a director or the manager or
secretary of a building society, the society shall within one month give
notice to the registrar stating the full name and address of that person, and
particulars of the office which he has taken or relinquished.

(2) If a building society fails to comply with this section, the society, and
every officer of the society who is in default, shall be liable on summary
conviction to a fine not exceeding two hundred pounds.

Notification of changes in holders of certain offices.
