BUILDING SOCIETIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1967 - SECT 121

Time limit for commencement of summary proceedings.

121.(1) Any document purporting to have been signed by the registrar and to be
a certificate of incorporation or registration or other document relating to a
building society shall be received in evidence and shall, in the absence of
any evidence to the contrary, be deemed to have been signed by him.

(2) Any printed document purporting to be a copy of the rules of a
building society, and certified by the secretary or other officer of the
society to be a true copy of its rules as registered, shall be received in
evidence and shall, in the absence of any evidence to the contrary, be deemed
to be a true copy of its rules.
