BANKRUPTCY (IRELAND) AMENDMENT ACT 1872 - SECT 98

Power of trustee to receive and decide on proof of debts.

98. The assignees or trustee shall not be entitled to disclaim any property in
pursuance of this Act in cases where an application in writing has been made
to them or him by any person interested in such property, requiring such
assignees or trustee to decide whether they or he will disclaim or not, and
the assignees or trustee have or has for a period of not less than
twenty-eight days after the receipt of such application, or such further time
as may be allowed by the Court, declined or neglected to give notice whether
he disclaims the same or not.[
