BANKRUPTCY (IRELAND) AMENDMENT ACT 1872 - SECT 122

Rules of Court.

122. Where an order is made for winding up the bankrupt's estate by a trustee
and committee of inspection, the Court shall, notwithstanding such order, but
subject to the provisions and restrictions aforesaid, have the same powers and
authorities and may make such orders, give such directions, and do all such
matters and things with respect to the bankrupt, his [schedule], creditors,
property, debtors to his estate, [and certificate, or as to the trial or
directing the prosecution of such bankrupt], or as to the examination of
witnesses as in proceedings in bankruptcy heard before such Court under
the said Act as amended by this Act.
