ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1925 - SECT 2

Provisions as to exercise of certain administrative powers.

2.(1) As from the passing of this Act, the Ministry of Finance shall have all
the powers which were conferred on the Ministry of Home Affairs by the Land
Trust (Powers) Act (Northern Ireland), 1923, for enabling the Irish Sailors
and Soldiers Land Trust to carry out its functions in Northern Ireland, and
shall have power to do all such acts as are necessary in order to complete any
scheme prepared, and carry out any scheme made, by the
Ministry of Home Affairs before the passing of this Act.

(2) It is hereby declared that

Para.(a) spent

(b)the Ministry of Commerce is the department of the Government of Northern
Ireland for the administration in Northern Ireland of Irish services in
connection with harbours, docks and piers.
