APOTHECARIES ACT AMENDMENT ACT 1874 - SECT 4

Licentiate may in certain cases be removed.

4. It shall be lawful for the master, wardens, and assistants for the time
being of the said Society of Apothecaries to strike off from the list of
licentiates of the said society the name of any person who shall be convicted
in England or Ireland of any felony or misdemeanor, or in Scotland of any
crime or offence, or who shall after due inquiry be judged by the General
Council to have been guilty of infamous conduct in any professional respect,
and the said society shall forthwith signify to the General Council the name
of the licentiate so struck off.
