Graciela Christina Correia
Breach of a 180
hours' Community Service Order made on 14th July 2003 by the Royal
Court [2003] JRC121 following a guilty plea to 1 count of being concerned in
the supply of diamorphine.
Age: 24.
Plea: Breach
admitted.
Conclusions:
4 weeks' imprisonment.
Sentence and Observations of Court:
4 weeks'
imprisonment.
D. E. Le Cornu, Esq., Crown Advocate.
Advocate J. Grace for the Defendant.
JUDGMENT
THE COMMISSIONER:
1.
Miss
Correia, the Court finds that you have had plenty of chances to keep to the
terms of this order and there comes a point at which the Court is bound to
impose a custodial sentence and it is clear to the Court that this point has
been reached.
2.
The order
of the Court, therefore, is that you will go to prison for 4 weeks.
